We would like to welcome you to the wonderful and exciting real durian farmer real durian farm experience. Our farm is ready to welcome you and your friends and family. But we do have some terms and conditions that you will need to read carefully.

While going into a durian farm is not as dangerous as climbing Mount Everest, do take note that there can be dangers and mishaps that can happen. After all this is not a shopping mall but a durian farm.

Parents with children are responsible for taking care of their young children and not let them wander around. As a durian farm has mosquito, insects and perhaps snakes, we recommend that parents keep their children within the vicinity of our farm house.

Please do not wander around the farm on your own without any guidance. The terrain can be uneven and dangerous especially for older people. There may also be insects and snakes. Only walk where our guides take you and do not walk around on your own. Your safety is our number one priority.

Please take care of all your belongings. Any personal items such as laptop, handphone and handbags and others should be kept safely by your side at all times. You agree not to hold Bloopydurians liable for any losses.

By entering our farm, the moment you step foot on our four wheel drive transport you agree not to hold Bloopydurians or any person associated with Bloopydurians liable for any damage, injury or loss.

You agree not to take any legal action against Bloopydurians or any person associated with Bloopydurians.

If you do not agree with any terms and conditions on this page please do not enter the durian farm.

For any dissatisfaction with the quality of the fruits, please refer to the Refund page.

For visitors not taking the Unlimited Package, we will follow the market price for durians. So, the price may be different from the day we quoted you. If prices increase, we will increase accordingly, but if prices decrease we will also decrease accordingly.
